Personal Ads to the art world

Personal ads to the art world was a billboard piece on the front of Project Arts Centre in Dublin in July and August 2021. This piece invited arts organisations to have a date with me to chat about accessibility in the arts. This was as part of Project Arts Centre’s Whip it up Commission.

I want disabled artists to be able to focus on creation without constantly having to use their energy focusing on their access needs.I am inviting those in positions of power in the arts world to meet with me for an access audit, a paid conversation on what they are doing (or not) to support disabled and chronically ill artists in Ireland.

This work later led to one of the events I ran alongside Chronic Collective in 2022 at Pallas Projects - a workshop on access for arts organisations.
